KLEINER FELDMAN PLOTKIN PLLC is a boutique Employment and Trusts & Estates law practice that provides legal advice
to businesses and individuals at responsible rates.
Licensed in Washington, D.C., Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts.

Shari has been actively practicing employment law since 2001.  She specializes in common sense approaches to employment relationships.  Shari helps her clients navigate complex legal schemes and laws to create environments that bring out the best in their employees, lower turnover, and increase productivity.  Shari excels in problem-solving difficult situations and provides a complete array of employment law services from advice work to litigation, and everything in between.

In 2010, using the broad skill set she acquired while practicing at a large, international firm, Shari founded a solo practice, based in Boston, focusing on smaller, start-up employers, keeping many of her clients as they became large employers

In 2017, after moving with her family to the Washington, D.C. area, Shari founded Kleiner Feldman Plotkin, PLLC, where she continues to provide her tailored employment legal advice and representation to employers in need of practical, sophisticated solutions, with an added focus on associations and non-profits.

In addition to all aspects of traditional employment law, and employment litigation, Shari also is experienced in Guardianship Law, Trusts and Estates and Immigration law.  A graduate (cumme laude) of Georgetown University Law Center, she is a member of the D.C. Superior Court Fiduciary Panel and is active in various legal and social justice organizations.
